CZ: Vedle dílčích jednání prezentoval zkušenosti NCA a středoevropského uskupení CEDEG na konferenci o rozvoji slovenského klastrového prostředí a o společné koordinaci práce slovenských klastrů v rámci komunikace s regionálními samosprávami a centrálními institucemi na Slovensku. Cílem ze strany NCA a CEDEG bylo podpořit zkušeností z Česka kolegy z vedení slovenských klastrových organizací, které jsou v porovnání s těmi českými v obtížnější situaci. Zatím se jim totiž příliš nedařilo být vnímány jakožto relevantní odborní partneři krajů a ministerstev při jejich strategických rozhodováních a otázkách financování regionálních inovačních ekosystémů. Naproti tomu Národní klastrové asociaci ČR se podařilo během posledních let stát se relevantním odborným partnerem centrálních institucí i krajským úřadům a regionálním inovačním centrům v rámci svojí odbornosti, tedy v oblasti podpory a rozvoje klastrového prostředí. NCA tak může tuto zkušenost nabídnout i v dalších regionech za hranicemi ČR. Témata doplňkových jednání se slovenskými klastrovými organizacemi se týkala např. otázky posilování spolupráce klastrových prostředí států V4 (nezávisle na vnějších politických podmínkách), metodiky hodnocení kvality klastrových organizací, identifikace oborů a témat pro spolupráci firem působících ve vybraných průmyslových oborech, spolupráce v rámci českých a slovenských Evropských digitálních inovačních HUBů, vstupu některých vybraných firem a organizací do středoevropského uskupení CEDEG nebo například společné strategie a přípravy témat na konferenci Cluster Meet Regions 29. – 30. března2023 v Košicích, kterou NCA i zástupci slovenských klastrů spoluorganizují. „Za NCA i CEDEG jsme se slovenskými partnery prohloubili naše vztahy a vytipovali společně několik nových smysluplných témat, které chceme v následujících měsících rozpracovat do konkrétních inovačních projektů, jak v rámci bilaterální spolupráce, tak v rámci posilování vztahů mezi klastrovými prostředími skupiny V4. Nejbližším milníkem je společná příprava obsahu konference v Košicích a související prezentace a propojování vybraných členských firem“, říká Ivo Říha.  

EN: In addition to partial meetings, he presented the experience of the NCA and the CEDEG at a conference on the development of the Slovak cluster environment and the joint coordination of the work of Slovak clusters in communication with regional governments and central institutions in Slovakia. The NCA and CEDEG aimed to support colleagues from the management of Slovak cluster organisations with experience from the Czech Republic. The Slovak clusters are in a more difficult situation compared to the Czech ones. So far, they have not been very successful in being perceived as relevant expert partners of regions and ministries in their strategic decision-making and funding issues of regional innovation ecosystems. On the other hand, the National Cluster Association of the Czech Republic has managed to become a relevant expert partner of central institutions as well as regional authorities and regional innovation centres within its area of expertise, i.e. in the field of support and development of the cluster environment. The NCA can offer this experience to other regions beyond the borders of the Czech Republic. The topic of the additional meetings with Slovak cluster organisations was related to, e.g. the issue of strengthening cooperation of cluster environments of the V4 countries (regardless of external political conditions), methodology of quality assessment of cluster organisations, identification of fields and topics for the cooperation of companies operating in selected industries, collaboration within the Czech and Slovak European Digital Innovation HUBs, entry of some selected companies and organisations into the Central European CEDEG grouping or, for example, join strategy and preparation of topics for the Cluster meet Regions conference, which takes place on 29. - 30. March 2023, in Košice, Slovakia, where the NCA is helping with the organisation. "On behalf of NCA and CEDEG, we deepened our relations with our Slovak partners and jointly selected several new meaningful topics that we want to develop into concrete innovation projects in the coming months, both within the framework of bilateral cooperation and within the framework of strengthening relations between cluster environments of the V4 group. The nearest milestone is the joint preparation of the content of the conference in Košice and related presentations and networking of selected member companies", says Ivo Říha.
